These documents are important because they outline what services are available or should be available in future. They include publications specifically about <strong>stroke<\/strong> and about <strong>carer&#8217;s<\/strong> <strong>issues<\/strong> to help\u00a0you get access to services more easily. Once you have information it is much easier to help the person you care for\u00a0to control and take responsibility for their own health needs to manage their condition themselves.
