You may be able to resolve the complaint more quickly and easily. Usually used as a last resort when all else has failed.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhsinform.scot\/care-support-and-rights\/health-rights\">Health rights information Scotland<\/a> leaflet \u201cMaking a complaint about\u00a0the NHS\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Social services locally will have details of their own complaints procedures.
